Sponsorship Agreement

Conference sponsors and attendees must agree to the terms of our Registration Agreement and our Code of Conduct.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
All sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorships are not reserved until HEDNA receives payment.

US 2023 Conference
Cancellations must be received in writing to the HEDNA office sponsorship@hedna.org by December 1, 2022 at 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted thereafter.

Europe 2023 Conference
Cancellations must be received in writing to the HEDNA office by April 7, 2023 at 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
